Terms & Conditions
- All orders must be paid for in full before we commence on your order or order in any materials required.
- Cancellation/restocking fees do apply including Afterpay orders.
- Delays do happen! sometimes totally beyond our control, we will always notify you if there is a delay with your order
- We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime
- All orders must be placed in writing, we will not take responsibility for spelling errors as we simply copy & paste directly from messages or emails.
- All orders are posted via Australia Post (we do not use couriers)
- We do NOT accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels, we will always ensure the item is well packaged especially if it's breakable.
- We ONLY post within Australia
Processing & Production Times
- Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete this will depend on how busy we are, this does not including postage time. If you require your order urgently then we highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order you can message us via our Facebook page or email us customsiedproducts@hotmail.com
IMPORTANT NOTE-
- Please keep in mind we are only human and from time to time we do make mistakes, please be assured if we are at fault we will rectify it however if we aren't it will be at your cost to rectify it.
We will always do our absolute best to meet all deadlines we run a tight schedule, however if it so happens in an extreme case we are unable meet your deadline we will contact you immediately.
